Vice President John Gorlich is responsible for the development of LNWA real estate projects in Delaware and Maryland.
Prior to joining LNWA in 1987, John was with the investment banking firm of Matthews & Wright in its Saipan, Guam, and Palau offices, where he provided consulting services for the financing and development of affordable housing throughout the South Pacific. Prior to joining Matthews and Wright, John spent 17 years with the State of Delaware, starting in the Office of Economic Opportunity and working 14 years with the Delaware State Housing Authority, where he ended his service as Deputy Director. At DSHA, he helped the agency grow from three people into a $500,000,000 housing finance agency which issues tax-exempt revenue bonds for single-family and multi-family housing.
John is a former director of the National Leased Housing Association, and is also a member of the National Association of Homebuilders, the Home Builders Association of Delaware, and the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials, whose Delaware Chapter honored him in 2001 with its Ambassador Award in recognition of his over 30 years of service to the organization.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Swarthmore College. John and his wife Hope reside in Dover and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and are the proud parents of sons Jason and Andrew.
