The Leon N. Weiner & Associates (LNWA) commitment to passionate advocacy on behalf of the homebuilding industry has been an integral part of the company since its founding by Leon Weiner over 60 years ago. Today, LNWA continues to be a leading advocate for the industry through the ongoing efforts of President Kevin Kelly, Executive Vice President Dave Curtis, and other members of the LNWA organization.
Kevin Kelly and Dave Curtis have given expert testimony and made important presentations on housing issues to U.S. Congressional Committees and Sub-Committees, as well as participating in numerous local, regional, and national conferences and task forces. Kevin, Dave, and the other members of the LNWA team are respected by elected officials at all levels for their honesty, knowledge, and dedication to the homebuilding industry.
As active members of the National Association of Homebuilders, Kevin and Dave have frequently served as representatives and spokesmen for NAHB. NAHB has recognized their service over the years, including honoring LNWA as 1992 National Multifamily Builder of the Year, and Kevin as 2009 Government Affairs Member of the Year.
LNWA knows that advocating for the homebuilding industry, and against laws and regulations that can adversely impact the industry, benefits the company as well as homebuilders and homeowners across America.
