Vice President Thomas J. Perkins, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer of LNWA.

Tom joined LNWA in 1998 with responsibility for the company’s Accounting, Human Resources/Payroll and Management Information Systems departments. Prior to joining LNWA, Tom was an officer and shareholder of the Philadelphia CPA firm Halbert, Katz & Co., P.C., where he worked predominately with affordable housing, construction, and non-profit organizations.

Tom is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany, and is an active member of his local church.
Tom resides with his wife Audrey and daughter Sara in Villanova, Pennsylvania.
